Body Recall is a safe, tested program of gentle movement that helps circulation of all parts of the body without threatening the heart.  By increasing awareness of how the body functions, participants gain a sense of achievement as former vitality and flexibility return.  Body Recall was developed in 1978 by Dorothy Chrisman at Berea College, in Kentucky in the physical education department.

Cost is $50 for the 10-week session. New classes begin in the fall.
