Texas Boot Camp

This one-hour, high energy, out-of-gym experience is packed with just what you need to get your body in top shape! These power-hour sessions meet a minimum of three times a week and are sure to give you more stamina, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Men and women, 18 and older, come for all different reasons. Classes are held Monday through Saturday and registration is ongoing! Childcare available during the mid-morning and evening classes.

Restore the Core

A one hour, floor pilates based class focusing on flattening the whole abdominal region whilst strengthening the glutes, hamstrings and back. Childcare is available. Registration is ongoing and the first class is free!

Stroller Fit

Each challenging one-hour class incorporates both cardiovascular and strength training for maximum benefits while entertaining your baby/toddler at the same time. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Registration is ongoing and your first class is free!

Body Recall

This is a safe, tested program of gentle movement that helps circulation of all parts of the body without threatening the heart. By increasing awareness of how the body functions, participants gain a sense of achievement as former vitality and flexibility return. Body Recall was developed in 1978 by Dorothy Chrisman at Berea College, in Kentucky in the physical education department.

Men’s Softball League

Come out and be a part of our TWUMC team! We play as part of WCAA (Woodlands Christian Athletic Association). There are 4 seasons (running from Feb–Oct) each year, and each season consists of 12 games. There are 2 games played each night, with no more than an hour in between each game. TWUMC currently has two teams (players still needed), and we are hoping to expand in the near future.

Battle of the Ages

Which will win: The energy, vigor and charisma of youth or the wisdom, experience and determination of young adults. This is a question that no longer has to remain unsettled. The Battle of the Ages will be the epic meeting of these two age groups at an olympic style head to head competition. The purpose of this event is to bring about a stronger connection between our young adults and youth as they head into their new school year. The possibilities of communion, discipleship and worship are endless when these two groups come together. The Battle of the Ages will be held on:
