Chancel Choir
This adult choir is a non-auditioned community of dedicated singers who are responsible for leading worship at the 11 am service. The choir works hard to provide meaningful music in many styles so that the people who hear them might experience God in worship.
Rehersals: Wednesday from 7:15 - 9:15 pm or Sundays from 5 - 6 pm in the Music Suite (childcare is provided)
The A Cappella Singers
This is an auditioned group and is for singers with a good ear for music who enjoy singing without musical accompaniment. Stylistically, this ensemble covers a wide spectrum of music, from black spiritual to classical. Rehearsals: Periodically on Sundays from 4 - 5 pm (childcare is provided)
Cross Section
If contemporary music is your beat, then you will enjoy being a member of this fine group. Cross Section is an auditioned choir and serves as a praise team on Sunday morning, often singing special selections and entertaining at church and community events.
Rehearsals: Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:15 pm in the Music Suite (childcare is provided)
Goldenaires Choir
This Senior Adult Choir is a performing ensemble specializing in traditional and gospel music. The choir is open to all senior adults and is not auditioned. The choir sings periodically for worship and for church and community events. Rehearsals: Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:30 pm in the Music Suite
Seasonal Choir
This is for people who would like to sing with the Chancel Choir for special events such as Christmas and Easter.
Rehearsals: Wednesday beginning at 7:15 pm (childcare is provided)
WAFA Men's Chorus
A community men's choral group founded in January of 2007. The Woodlands Academy of Fine Arts (WAFA) Men's Chorus will perform at community functions, singing a mixture of sacred, patriotic, traditional, and contemporary music. Contact Joseph Fuller for more information by email at wafa

Sanctuary Orchestra
The Sanctuary Orchestra is comprised of adults and students grades 9 through 12. The orchestra accompanies the choir and congregation each Sunday morning at the 11 am service. Entrance to the orchestra is determined by instrumentation need. Contact Annette Toenjes at 10jessbcglobal.net.

CAPOS (Guitar Ensemble)
Christian Apprenticeship Program of Strings (CAPOS) is for guitarists who gather to play and share musical ideas.
Rehearsals: Second Sunday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Music Suite
Signs of Worship
This is a sign language group that signs to music at various times throughout the year. A basic knowledge of ASL is necessary to participate in this unique form of worship. Contact Linda Feld at lcfhouston.rr.com

Lifeline (Youth Choir)
Lifeline is open to all students grades 7 through 12 who are interested in praising God through song. This group sings several times throughout the year in the worship services and takes musical mission trips to spread the gospel through song.
Rehearsals: Sundays, 5-6 pm in the Music Suite
Youth Orchestra (7th-12th Grades)
This ministry is offered annually to youth in grades 7 through 12. Its purpose is to introduce our youngest players to the Sanctuary Orchestra program by providing the opportunity to experience rehearsals and worship services playing alongside their peers.
Rehearsals: Periodically on Wednesdays, 7:15-9 pm in the Sanctuary
Children's Choir
Children's Choir is a great opportunity for children to learn quality, sacred literature in a variety of styles. The children are divided by grade into three choirs. They sing many times throughout the year at worship services, participate in the annual Christmas show, and present a complete children's musical in the Spring. Tuition is $25 per academic year. Drama Team/Set Design - Construction/Costuming
If theatre is your interest, then this team is for you. At various times during the year, drama presentations are used during the worship services and with special programs, including dinner theatre. This is open to all ages.
